MODE OF PAYMENT
You are given a choice how you want to make payment, and receive the product.
However, there are some circumstances where only meetup or mailing is avaliable.

1)Cash on meet-up delivery; exact amount please, no change avaliable.
Payment must be correct denomination but we will have change avaliable . You may request for a receipt of your purchase.
2) Mailed Concealed Cash; we must receive the payment first.
Address will be provided upon confirmation. We don't really recommend this method of payment as cash might be lost during delivery. We are not responsible in the case where the cash is lost. You will have to deal with the mailing company. In addition, we have to receive the payment before we mail the item to you. You may reqest for a receipt of your purchases.

MAILING
Normal Postage: $1 (unless indicated as more, less or FOC)
Registered Postage: $1 + $2.50 (unless indicated as more or less)
Please opt for registered postage as it comes with a tracking code, and you could track where the item is as we can guarantee that it is definitely safer. Also, you do not have to open your mailbox for it, as the postman will deliver it right to your door step.
RETURNS
If your items are received in a bad condition, please email us at luvingtoshop@hotmail.com
However, we will not guarantee that an exchange/refund is possible.
If the fault lies with the mailing company, please deal with them personally.
In any case you paid the full amount, and want us to refund. Here is our surcharges:
1-3 days after payment: 20%
3-5 days after payment: 40%
5 days or more after payment: 60%
